Leave an additional 10% tip above and beyond the service charge on restaurant bills. In top restaurants, leave an additional 10% to 15% for the waiter. Hotel porters should get the equivalent of US$2 per night. For taxi drivers, round up to the fare to the nearest 100,000TL (100,000 Turkish lira). Offer staff in Turkish baths 30% to 35% of the bill as you leave. Don't worry about going to find them, they'll make themselves available to you when you depart.
