A service charge is usually included in hotel and restaurant bills. There's no need for an additional tip, though you can add 5% to 10% for exceptional service. Tip taxi drivers if they've been helpful with the luggage - just round up the fare to the next round digit to tip from kr5 (5 kroner) to kr10 or more if the driver has been especially helpful. A porter should be tipped kr15 to kr20 for helping with your luggage.
