Hotels and restaurants almost always include a service charge in their bill, and no additional tip is necessary. You may round up the bill if the service was particularly good. Tip bellhops in first-class hotels €.90 for each bag. Coat check people should be tipped at least €.50 per service. Taxi meter charges include a tip, but you can round up the fare for the driver. Doormen get a tip of €1 to €1.50 for calling a cab.
