When a service charge is not added to the bill in a restaurant or hotel, tip 10% of the bill. Tip taxi drivers 10% of the fare. Tip porters the equivalent of US25¢ per week. This seems like very little, but hotels customarily include a 10% to 15% tip in the bill.
