A service charge is usually added to restaurant bills. While no additional tip is necessary, a 10% tip for exceptional service is appreciated. Taxi fares include the tip, but you may round up the bill. Porters receive 2Lt (2 litai) per bag. No extra tip is expected in hotels since the price includes a service charge.
