Asia: Malaysia
In Malaysia a 10% service charge is added to hotel and restaurants bills in establishments that are classified as tourist-class. No tip is required beyond these charges. In non-tourist-class establishments, no tip is expected. Tip airports porters M$1 (1 ringgit) per bag. You may tip taxi drivers with the coin change from you fare, but if you want to reward great service, a 10% tip is very generous.
